If your app stopped loading and all you see is a purple splash screen come up for few seconds then please try deleting the GYGAN.INI file on your computer.
This may happen while you're a free user or right after upgrading your account.
To help us fix this bug please email us a copy of gygan.ini before you delete the file. Email file to support -at- gygan.com
Windows XP Users
Please go to C:\Documents and Settings \"user name"\Local Settings\Application Data\Gygan folder and (email a copy first) delete the gygan.ini file. Then try launching the app again.
If you can't find the folder then they may be hidden. Open My Computer >> Tools menu >> Folder Options >> View tab >> select Show Hidden Files and Folders and deselect Hide Protected Operating System Files.
Windows Vista and 7
Go to c:\users\username\appdata\roaming\gygan and (email a copy first) delete the gygan.ini file.
If the folder is not there then it may be hidden. Please follow the Windows XP instructions to Show Hidden Files and Folders.
Email customer support if you can't figure it out.
