upgraded...now won't download

So I upgraded so I could have more bandwidth...but now, NOTHING will download!! The elas~redownloaded program...everything. So what's left to do??

Hey it's somewhat difficult to understand. The speed says 0 kb and the downloading time keeps going on and on!!! Not even 0.01% downloaded!!!

When you are getting speeds of 1kb, try turning off your PC then unplug your router/modem and wait a moment. Plug the router/modem back in and restart your PC and see if you still have issues.

Yup. After installing the latest version, my download speed is stuck at 0k or 1k. And it drops to that rate very often. What took me an hour to download previously, now takes me almost an entire day.
