Gygan Wont Let Me Upgrade

Gygan will not let me upgrade, press upgrade and its says unhandled exception has occurred in your application. if you click continue the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. if you click quit the application will close immediately. The system cannot find the file specified.
I have unistalled it twice now and no joy! when you click continue you are left with a blank explorer screen which you have to turn off in task manager.

Any suggestions?

You can also upgrade by going to www.gygan.com.

Login with your account then click on Account - > Summary. You will be able to upgrade your account from there.

when you want to uninstall a program and you are having a problem with that, go and download Revo Uninstaller, this is one of the best programs around.
when you install this to your computer then uninstall your program and make sure you do a full uninstall which takes every thing out of the registry that the program put in there,
just say for instance you downloaded a trail antivirus.... you get it free for say 30 days...
if you use it the 30 days it become so that they want money off you, but if you uninstalled it normally and you installed it again it will show you still have to pay for it...... but if you uninstall it with Revo Uninstaller you will be able to install the antivirus (or any thing else) and get another 30 days free,
so what I am saying is it will take every thing you need out to install again.
best program I ever used.
