App Doesn't Load

This is so disappointing. no gygan.ini, downloading is never complete. I have wasted 3GB for nothing!

ok i downloaded the site because it said it could play any file after down loading for 3 seconds i went to get a nother file and ur site said i ran out of down loading. quite the contrary ur site ran out of wasting my time i will be signing out for the last time what u guys are doing is offering somthing that is anything but free i give ur site another six months to a year before its gone good luck finding a job!! ps.only thing free on ur site is a head ahce!!!

I've been using the app for months with no problems. Now I open the app, and I get a windows message stating "Gygan has stopped working". It won't even load the splash screen.

There was no ini file, so I did a complete uninstall and reinstall, still the same issue.

Anyone have any ideas?

my app is not working. it said error with programme. i reinstall the programme and is still the same..... please assist or advise

Hi Gygan, pls fix the blank search page problem ASAP. Always showing blank from 2nd page onwards lately.

what I can't figure out is why this has not been fixed already. The dates on these complaints go back over a year. I upgraded, I'm paying to use this program and I'm getting nothing out of it. The clock is ticking on Oct. I will lose the bandwidth I now have. (paid for) and I cant get this freakin app to do anything but sit there and be purple. Personally right now I would really like to know how to get my money back. Any suggestions for that one.

Looking for some help, just received new bandwidth. When I open Todays popular downloads, it opens with a list, but from here all STOPS can not go to past 7 days, or 30. Under Actions, when I press details button nothing happens, or if I just push download, or play nothing happens. Its a freeze in performing action. I can launch, and look at new list of downloads, but thats it. Been a paying member for over a year, reg. payment monthly from paypal, and until today I have not had this problem before. Suggestions? Also can not access any account info, instead get error message. If I remove gygan completly from computer, and re-download, will my bandwidth be restored also? (I don't think so) but don't know for sure. Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you Scott

Just got the Windows 8 Preview and so far no success with gygan working. First I tried to run incompatibility mode with several different windows modes, I then re installed it and now I am here since that did not work either. Support please?
