Problem playing downloaded file

Postby 45J3392 » Apr 26, 2011 3:13 am

New member so I may simply be doing something wrong.

I downloaded a file and opened it using Windows Media Player and then VLC player. It has a size of 727mb but length of five seconds and consists of a purple mass of colour. There was a green tick under “verified” when I searched for it before downloading.

Yesterday there was a user comment saying something like “don’t download”, but he didn’t say whether it was because it was unplayable or because he didn’t like it. The comment seems to be gone today.

To make it more complicated when I compose this note I can’t replicate what I did yesterday. I downloaded the whole file; now I am prompted to download a single file called 119301566Z.gyg. There was also a button marked play, which I can’t find now, but when I clicked on this button yesterday I got the same purple screen as with the downloaded file.

There is a forum rule against giving content detail so I have had to miss out the most important point of all, which is the name of the download. Can anyone advise me on what I am doing wrong and what I need to do next please?

Everybody seems to have the same problem with those F..ck files. Takes a lot of time to download them and it never works on a player whatsoever. These files should be normally named ordinary SPAM, nothing more. F..ck Gygan!!!!!!

I agree. WTF. Clean interface, but bad end product. Why would I want to spend my money on ***** I can't watch. And there is not support what-so-ever. How about a phone number or email address instead of just a black hole of forums with no answers.

i downloaded a file via utorrent from another site but it was requesting to download some extra programs to be played. finally I've been leaded to here and I have the same problem.(5 sec. video) I'll leave gygan forever and will never download torrents which are not verified and do not have comments.
in general every video which is requesting to communicate with internet is FAKE.
bye forever

I am going one buy one through the tech support page. Anybody seen any tech support posted from Gygan? Great site format, If one guy has set up this site and is not paying anyone to help support that site he's collecting donations from... you are not going to be getting any support... I downloaded one *****... deleted it from my download cashe and it says I have only 217kb left in my band width. And the ***** I downloaded was a cam rip anyways. What's that all about?

Hello, I have downloaded some videos and it seems that some have no sound. The only way I can see them is with the Gygan video player. The only problem is that you have to be connected to the internet for the Gygan app to work. Is there another video app that will play the video files I downloaded? Or is there a way to open the Gygan video app without being connected to the Internet? Somebody's help will be greatly appreciated.
