A. There is a limit of one free account per computer. This message comes up if you try to login with another free account on the same computer.
You must login with the original account created or upgrade the new account.
A. For Paypal, find the last transaction from us and click on 'Details' to load the Transaction Details page. Click on 'View Details' link at the top of the page, and then click on 'Cancel' to cancel your account.
For Credit Card, click on the 'Account' button in the app. This will load gygan.com website in your default browser. You can also just go directly to Gygan.com and login yourself. Hover over the Account button in the top right corner, and click Summary.
Then click the 'Manage' link next to your subscription, and then click 'Cancel' to cancel your account.
Credit card subscriptions can also be cancelled through the website. Go to Gygan.com and login. Then go to Account -> Summary section and click on the Manage button. Then click Cancel to cancel your subscription.
A. Error 82 comes up when there was an issue decoding a download. Error 83 shows up whenever there was a problem extracting a file. There are many things that can cause Errors 82 and 83, and depending on the reason Gygan will often refund any lost bandwidth. Please note that the refund does not show up immediately.
A.If you download a file to your computer and then delete it, you will have to redownload it and use your bandwidth again if you want access to that file in the future. Do not delete files if you think you'll need them again.
